A temporary foreign student or a foreign worker, who
finished graduation in Canada, will often have qualities which can make a
successful move from temporary residence to permanent residence. The candidate
must be familiar with the Canadian society and should be able to contribute to
the Canadian economy. You should have knowledge of English or French and
qualifying work experience.

The candidate should meet the minimum basic requirements
to apply for a permanent residence under the Canadian Experience Class. The
requirements are as mentioned below:
- Prepare to stay outside of the Quebec province
- Should be either
1) A temporary overseas worker with minimum two years of
full-time skilled work experience or an equivalent work experience in Canada or
2) An overseas graduate from Canadian post-secondary
university with minimum one year of full-time skilled work experience or an
equivalent work experience in Canada
Should have gained work experience in Canada with proper
study or work authorization
Can apply while you are employing in Canada or within one
year after leaving your job in Canada
Include result of independent language test along with
the application. This is from an agency designated by Citizenship and
Immigration Canada (CIC)
Skilled work experience meaning according to the Canadian
National Occupational Classification (NOC) is,
- Skill Type 0 Managerial Occupations or
- Skill Level A Professional Occupations or
- Skill Level B Technical Occupations and Skilled Trades
The candidate’s application will be evaluated on two
major requirements if they are applying as a temporary foreign worker:

- The ability in French or English

Main Applicant
If the main applicant is married or living along with a
common-law partner in Canada, and if he/she is also meeting the above

Temporary Worker Requirements
As a temporary foreign worker, the candidate should have
two years of full-time work experience or an equivalent work experience in
Canada. The work experience should be acquired within three years after
applying.
