A
Schengen Visa allows an individual to travel multiple countries for visiting or
business issues. The holder of Schengen Visa
can travel all the Schengen countries.
The
countries include Luxembourg, Belgium, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Finland,
Germany, Estonia, Hungary, France, Iceland, Greece, Italy, Liechtenstein,
Lithuania, Netherlands, Malta, Norway, Latvia, Poland, Denmark, Portugal,
Slovenia, Sweden, Austria, Spain, and Switzerland.
It
allows the visitor to stay for 90 days during the visit, and the visa is valid
for 6 months, but the stay should be for 90 days.
This
is helpful for a multi country traveler. The travel lovers can take a chance to
apply for the Schengen Visa, to make their travel memorable. The hassle of
travelling to different European countries has become easy with the visa. There
is no need to opt for individual visas for entering each European country.
The
visa will not allow applying for permanent residence, and in most cases
traveler will never opt for a Permanent Residence.
The
countries that are not participating in Schengen visa
are Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Cyprus and Liechtenstein.
It
is a non-extendable visa but under emergencies like health issues the visa can
be extended.
Even
visa will not allow the candidate for employment in any of the countries
included under Schengen visa. In any case, the candidate is willing to work in
any of the countries under Schengen visa; the person must apply for a separate
work permit for the country.
Instead
from Schengen visa there are other visas to Austria which allows immigrating to
the nation. Based on the requirement of the applicant, he/she can apply for any
visas available for immigration.
However, the
candidate must meet the eligibility criterion present for the visa opted. Hence
there are a variety of chances for entering the country.
