to Quebec as a Quebec Skilled worker is a permit to work in Quebec. The economy
of the worker and the country will rise by the skilled worker.
A skilled
worker will have a benefit, applying to permanent residence. For a skilled
worker to become a permanent resident, there are two programs. One is Quebec
Skilled Workers, and other is Provincial Nominee. The application for the
programs is available online and you can find guidelines to download and form
filling.

does not require any job offer from Quebec or Canadian employer. The program directly selects the candidates
who are interested in working Quebec. This point based system for Quebec
immigrants offers additional points considering the family members immigrating
along them. If the family members include young children, then points are
added.
Even though
Quebec is in Canada, the immigration process for Quebec and Canada differs. The
Quebec immigration procedure follows two steps- the applicant should apply to
immigration Quebec and then for a visa from Federal Government. The immigration
Quebec will give their Immigration Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ) and then
the process continues through Federal Government.
For Canada PR, the Quebec Skilled Worker Immigrants have to obtain 49 points or 57 points
for the applicant along with the spouse. If the process for PR is extended with
an interview then six points are included, and the qualifying score is 55
points for a single person and 63 points for a couple.
The Quebec
Skilled working Program will have a test to know about the language skills. The
proficiency in English is considered by the International English Language
Testing System (IELTS) test score. The maximum points for English language test
are six. The French language testing can be from any of TEFAQ (or TEF) of CCIP
and TCFQ (or TCF), DELF or DALF of CIEP.
The TEFAQ and
TCFQ tests include listening and speaking skills of the language. The points
are calculated considering both skills. Whereas for DELF and DALF have
listening, speaking, writing and reading sections. The points are also
calculated accordingly. Hence the timing for the tests differs, based on the
category of test.
