Foreign citizens are travelling to USA to view the awesome climate and its pleasant weather. There is N number of places to visit in USA. The overseas citizens who are willing to visit United States temporarily should first acquire a visa. Those coming to see friends, medical treatment, tourist, business purpose or to visit family members must have a tourist or visitor visa, as the permit to enter the nation. A B-1 visa is for businessmen and a b-2 visa is for medical treatment/pleasure. These B-1 and B-2 are non-immigrant visas.
The B-1 and B-2 are issued form 3 months to 10 years, depending on the requirement. After the candidate is in USA, he/she can apply for an extension for 6 months. USCIS must approve to obtain an extension.

- After granting the visa, there is an additional fee for visa insurance reciprocity, this is according to the nationality
- The insurance fee payment dependents on the nationality, it may or may not be there
Once after the approval the person will be eligible to travel with USA Visitor visa for the mentioned duration. This permit is not extendable, but under some serious issues the applicant should take permission from the immigration department in US. Based on the issue the person will be allowed to stay for some extra duration. If any further stay is occurred without intimation, then it is considered as a crime.
